At Foocra Foods LLP, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged during transit.

Incorrect product delivered.

Product is missing from the order.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after delivery.

Minor packaging variations.

Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
